Patios Yoga for Beginners and Seniors

PATIOS YOGA: A gentle Asana class ideal for beginners and Seniors. We meet every Saturday morning at 9:30 in Makuhari Baytown.

FIT YOGA: This class is designed to improve both strength and flexibility, expanding the boundaries of traditional yoga. Don’t let the challenge scare you, though. By the end of the class, you’ll feel serene, relaxed and ready to tackle the rest of your day! Every Sunday morning at 9:00.
